Job Title: Senior Payroll Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Payroll Manager to lead our payroll team and oversee the large payroll function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing system utilization while processing payroll for over 3,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the payroll team to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.
  • Serve as the payroll systems and processes expert, advising on technical and legislative matters.
  • Manage payroll reporting and payments for HMRC and other jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.
  • Approve and reconcile HMRC and third-party payments, such as pensions and employee benefits.
  • Oversee payroll systems, advise HR on upgrades, and support internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Payroll Manager role, leading a team of 3+.
  • Oracle experience essential.
  • Experience bringing an outsourced payroll in-house.
  • Ability to start in a new role.
