Senior Payroll Manager Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Payroll Manager to lead our payroll team and oversee the processing of over 3,000 employees. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing system utilization, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and advising on technical and legislative matters.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the payroll team to optimize system utilization and ensure timely processing of payroll
* Serve as the payroll systems and processes expert, providing guidance on technical and legislative matters
* Manage payroll reporting and payments for HMRC and other jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements
* Approve and reconcile HMRC and third-party payments, such as pensions and employee benefits
* Oversee payroll systems, advise HR on upgrades, and support internal and external audits
**Requirements:**
* Experience in a Payroll Manager role, leading a team of 3+ employees
* Oracle experience essential
* Experience bringing an outsourced payroll in-house
