About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Safety and Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing health and safety protocols across our logistics and supply chain operations in the Midlands.

Your Key Tasks:

  1. To manage and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
  2. To conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  3. To investigate incidents and develop corrective actions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders. A salary of up to £27,000 + attractive benefits package is offered for this critical role.
