**Responsibilities and Skills:**
• Lead on health and safety initiatives, including project management and risk assessment
• Conduct site visits and inspections to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with property managers, contractors, and local authorities to deliver projects successfully
• Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
• Maintain excellent communication skills at all levels, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities
