Certification and Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Certification and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Luton Bennett. As a key member of the HSEQ team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various management system standards.
The salary range for this position is approximately £50,000 - £60,000 per year.
About the Role:
- Maintain and improve our certification status across multiple standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, and AS 9100D.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure effective management system maintenance.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to create and update process definitions and work instructions.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with our management systems.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote awareness and understanding of our management systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HSEQ role within the manufacturing sector.
- Possession of relevant industry certifications, such as ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
