Compliance Specialist

At Continental, we are seeking a Compliance Specialist to develop and manage radio frequency compliance activities to ensure our products meet global legislative requirements.
This role involves establishing processes, working with regulations, and supporting engineering teams to gain and maintain compliance documents and certificates.
Responsibilities include:
- Establish RF compliance processes and manage activities to ensure products meet global legislative requirements.
- Communicate regulatory requirements to engineering teams and ensure necessary evidence of compliance.
- Develop and adhere to RF compliance processes within the business.
- Contribute to resolving RF-related concerns within the wider business.
- Establish and monitor RF compliance budgets to support team activities and costs.
- Participate in teams to resolve legislation-related engineering problems.
Key Skills:
- Regulatory compliance experience in automotive or engineering environments, particularly RF or EMC requirements.
- Ability to interface with business personnel to achieve outcomes.
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills to provide recommendations.
- Flexible approach to acquire knowledge and skills outside of day-to-day activities.
- Project management experience is desirable.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in regulatory compliance, with a strong understanding of RF and EMC requirements in the automotive industry.
