Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Regional Care Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as mobility and personal care.
  • Deliver person-centred care, ensuring residents' needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care is delivered.

Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable).

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary, up to £15.42 per hour for weekend shifts.
  • Enhanced payrate for nights shifts - £1 per hour.
  • A range of benefits, including up to 30 days annual leave, workplace pension with matching contributions, and free meals on shift.
