We are seeking an experienced Team Administrator to join our dynamic engineering consultancy in Bristol. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to our engineering teams, ensuring the efficient operation of our office.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, including handling requests, managing mailboxes, setting up meetings, and processing expenses and timesheets. You will also prepare and format documents, such as letters and reports, to align with our company branding.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative tasks, including handling requests, managing busy mailboxes, setting up meetings, diary management, booking travel and accommodation, and processing expenses and timesheets.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and format documents, such as letters, proposals, presentations, and reports, to ensure alignment with company branding.
- Social Events: Help plan and support social events for the MEP teams.
- Reception Cover: Provide reception cover as needed, including handling calls, greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms, and overseeing the reception inbox.
- IT Skills: Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Calm and Patient Approach: Calm, patient, and flexible approach to work.
- Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
