Administrative Support Specialist
Narrow Quay HR is an HR Consultancy with a reputation for providing excellent quality HR support across a variety of sectors.
Our team comprises senior HR professionals and former employment lawyers with extensive experience and expertise.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you'll be handling incoming calls and emails, and organising and maintaining diaries for NQHR consultants.
You'll also be managing electronic filing systems and executing file and matter opening procedures to ensure data collection and compliance.
Key responsibilities include producing documents and slides using PowerPoint, managing files including archiving and general maintenance, and assisting with monthly billing for clients.

Where Will I Be Working?
Our Narrow Quay HR team are largely remote, but please be aware that you'll be expected to come in to the Bristol office one or two days per week.
This is a part-time role (21 hours per week) to be worked over three full days, or possibly over four (for example to accommodate school hours) to be agreed.
