Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
This role involves marketing lease extension services, creating business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals. Excellent communication and administrative skills are essential to handle client interactions, external parties, and solicitors effectively. A strong understanding of lease extension processes and legal requirements is also necessary.
Skills Required:
To succeed in this role, you will need 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in using Acorn Group software and other sales tools is also crucial. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be highly organized with strong attention to detail, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
