Salary: up to £30,000.00 per annum (OTE) in London's largest multi-brand estate agency. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lease Extension Specialist to join our team at The Acorn Group. About the Role

We require an individual with 1+ years proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote lease extension services to prospects and cross-sell to LRG business functions.

This role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels for lease extension and cross-sell for LRG, maintaining and managing a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with company policies. Provide updates and address inquiries as the primary point of contact for clients.

Handle all administrative tasks related to lease extensions, including documentation and record-keeping, coordinating with external parties, including solicitors and other stakeholders, to facilitate smooth transactions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficient in using Acorn Group software and other sales tools.

A high level of organization with strong attention to detail is also required. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
