Customer Success Project Manager

Job Summary:
This Customer Success Project Manager role has overall responsibility for ART Sewer, Point Colour and Customer Framework projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the customer journey, including building relationships, overseeing and managing key implementation activities, onboarding, expanding, and renewing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Have a technical understanding of digital solutions and meet all stakeholders' expectations and adhere to quality standards.
- Deliver project milestones on time, to cost, and of high quality, including resolving issues and initiating corrective action.
- Have a proven track record in successfully delivering complex projects within budget and on schedule.
Requirements:
- Degree in management, technical, or engineering field.
- Prince 2 Practitioner level or other project management skills/certification.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional languages an advantage.
