Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Business Manager to join our team on a short-term contract. This role involves working closely with retail partners to develop and implement consumer-focused strategies that drive growth and mutual success. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute consumer-led joint business plans (JBPs) with retailers.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships to drive mutual success.
  • Leverage category and retailer data to inform strategies and decisions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and profit modelling for the business and retailer.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong customer focus and ability to create consumer-driven strategies.
  • Proven track record in forging sustainable business relationships.
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical capabilities and commercial acumen.
  • Experience in front-line customer management and using category/retailer data sources.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Recent experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing JBPs and delivering measurable results.
