About this Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our iconic brands in the washroom category.

About the Role

In this role, you will leverage business intelligence and market insights to develop a pipeline of target customers and engage with them to drive market penetration. You will be a specialist in our KCP Washroom Category, focusing on FM and Cleaning sectors.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage new business opportunities in the washroom category.
  2. Partner with Sales Development Representatives to turn qualified leads into revenue-generating new business.
  3. Collaborate with Channel Teams and Channel partners to initiate and build relationships with prospective end customers.
  4. Bring insights from customer meetings to inform the customer journey, product/innovation roadmap, and marketing programs.
  5. Embrace digital technology to identify leads and business opportunities.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in end-user facing selling of large end-users.
  2. Functional skills in digital selling, pricing strategy, and pipeline management.
  3. Competencies in negotiation, customer planning, business acumen, and relationship building.
