Salary: £28,500 - £31,000 per annum depending on experience

Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment as an Office Operations Specialist. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our entire business, including responding to incoming calls and emails, coordinating travel and meeting arrangements, and assisting with day-to-day office requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily office operations
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the HR and Assurance Manager on auditing and assessments
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and company regulations

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A high level of organization and attention to detail
