About the Role

This is a truly exciting opportunity for people who are passionate about growing their careers within the category function.

You will lead the business in accelerating growth in e-commerce and Ireland through strategic partnerships with key retailers.

Your key responsibilities will include inspiring and influencing retailer partners to execute on our strategies, acceleration of omnichannel thinking, nurturing future talent, creating collaborative relationships with stakeholders, and developing selling stories based on insights.

You will also be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and communicating changes in category and shopper dynamics, recommending actions to address issues and opportunities affecting the category and/or KC brands.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in commercial, customer-facing roles
  • At least 2 years of experience in category development
  • Exemplary knowledge of category fundamentals
  • Self-starting leadership
  • Influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly competent user of Microsoft office tools and Nielsen/Circana
  • Capable user of other category tools such as Dunnhumby, SIP, JDA, Profitero
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization

Benefits
