• Develop and maintain a dynamic portfolio roadmap that's regularly reviewed and updated based on project progress, shifting priorities, and new opportunities.

• Ensure all portfolio initiatives align with company objectives and deliver value, balancing short-term wins and long-term strategic goals.

• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team responsible for portfolio management, PMO operations, and innovation project management, promoting Agile practices and principles.

• Foster a culture of collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment between product, finance, operations, and innovation teams to optimize resource allocation and project delivery.

Continuous Improvement & Agile Adaptation:

• Implement continuous feedback loops with stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment and make iterative improvements to the portfolio management system, PMO practices, and innovation projects.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:

• Organize and lead Agile portfolio review sessions to present progress, gather feedback, and realign priorities as needed.

• Ensure key stakeholders have visibility into portfolio performance through clear and concise reporting, utilizing Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and burndown charts.

Resource Management & Risk Mitigation:

• Lead the team in optimizing resource allocation across the portfolio, ensuring high-value projects are adequately resourced while maintaining flexibility for innovation.
