About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Brand Identity & Design to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our Global Design Team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our brand identity and design strategy across multiple markets and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive brand identity and design strategy that aligns with our business objectives and brand vision.
  2. Lead a team of designers to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that design solutions are integrated into the overall business strategy.
  4. Manage design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including designers, art directors, and other creative professionals.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand identity and design, and apply this knowledge to inform our design strategy and solutions.

You will also have excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand identity and design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive brand identity and design strategies.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand identity and design.
  • Strong network of relationships with key stakeholders, including designers, art directors, and other creative professionals.
