Key Duties and Responsibilities- To manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to adults with learning disabilities and autism.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure high standards of care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care provision, making recommendations for improvements.
