**Job Title:** Children's Registered Manager
Location: Sy3 (Remote or Field-based)
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Sy3 as a Children's Registered Manager, leading and managing a team within a residential setting for adults with a learning disability and autism.
About You:
- You have a strong leadership background, preferably in services for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and challenging behaviours.
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis where needed, with some travel to other sites if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage a team within a residential setting for adults with a learning disability and autism.
- To ensure all staff are provided with their training and development plans, staff management, rotas, and support planning.
- To adhere to internal policies and procedures, and work within CQC legislation and frameworks, demonstrating key knowledge around frameworks and CQC principles.
