Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Learning Disabilities Team Leader to join our team in the Morecambe area, where you will be responsible for managing our supported living service and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be involved in shaping the future direction of our service and contributing to the overall success of the organization. You will work closely with regional managers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for service improvement.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a contributory pension scheme, life insurance, and generous annual leave allowance.

About the Role:
  • To manage and oversee the delivery of high-quality care services to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
  • To lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent care outcomes.
  • To work closely with regional managers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • To identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:
  • Significant experience working in care management or leadership roles.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of learning disability and autism practices.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
