**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Children's Registered Manager at Sy3. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team within a residential setting for adults with a learning disability and autism.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Ensure all staff receive necessary training and development opportunities to deliver high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement effective staff management systems, including rotas and support planning.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for service users.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably in services for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and challenging behaviours.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including rota shifts and occasional travel to other sites.
