About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join Sy3 as a Field-based manager responsible for leading and managing a team within a residential setting for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
Key Responsibilities- To lead and manage a team to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
- Develop and implement staff training and development plans to ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of care.
Flexible Working Arrangements: We offer flexible working options to promote work/life balance. This includes rota-based working where needed, with some travel to other sites if required.
About You- A strong leader with experience managing services for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and challenging behaviors.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic environment.
