Salary: £26,201.60 - £32,921.60 per annum, including sleep-in shifts

Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a team of caregivers, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained
  • To work closely with the Registered Manager to achieve the home's goals and objectives
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, as required
  • To participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
