**Job Title:** Children Residential Home Team Lead
The role of a Children Residential Home Team Lead at Polaris Community is to oversee and guide a team in a residential setting for young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. The goal is to provide a safe and positive environment that fosters success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Producing care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and Ofsted standards.
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE AND FUTURE SUCCESS.
Requirements include holding a UK driving license and a Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People. Compensation includes a competitive salary with up to £6720 in sleep-in payments. Additional benefits include regular supervisions, company pension, access to employee discount scheme and wellbeing programmes, comprehensive training and CPD programme, and promotion opportunities.
