Hospitality Support Staff

Pinewood Residential Home, a leading care provider, is seeking an experienced Hospitality Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of food hygiene practices. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and supporting the care team in delivering outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve meals to residents, adhering to dietary requirements and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment, including kitchen areas and resident bedrooms.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing stock levels and completing reports.
- Support the care team in delivering person-centered care, promoting independence and dignity.
- Food Hygiene Level 2 certification or willingness to achieve it within six months.
- Previous experience working in a hospitality or care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
