Kitchen Support Staff

We are seeking a reliable and organized Food Service Assistant to support our kitchen team in delivering high-quality food service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and serving to customers.
- Maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure food storage and handling meet health and safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including dishwashers and ovens.
- Contribute to stock control and restocking supplies as needed.
- Support food waste management and recycling efforts.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team on additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment is advantageous.
- Basic food hygiene knowledge (Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
