About the Role

Job Summary

  • Provide respectful personal care, practical, and emotional support to service users.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users.
  • Work flexibly in shifts over weekends and bank holidays.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in this field of work is beneficial, although not a substitute for an engaging, creative, and person-centered approach.
  • Able to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
