We are seeking a motivated Catering Team Member to support our kitchen staff in delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation and serving to customers.
  • Maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure food storage and handling meet health and safety regulations.
  • Operate kitchen equipment, including dishwashers and ovens.
  • Contribute to stock control and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Support food waste management and recycling efforts.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team on additional duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment is advantageous.
  • Basic food hygiene knowledge (Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
