Production Team Member

We are looking for a Production Team Member to join our manufacturing team in Morecambe, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring production targets are met in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble products according to company specifications.
- Perform quality checks on finished products and report defects.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with stock management and packing of products.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet production targets.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
