Production Team Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Team Leader to join our team at Orion.
This role will involve leading a team of skilled welders in a dynamic fabrication environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and meeting customer expectations.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of welders to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all team members.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, business).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
