We have a vacancy for a Support Worker within our Morecambe Learning Disability Services. Our service users have diverse interests and hobbies, including volunteering, walking, and membership of the Rollercoaster Association.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autism. Your role will involve helping our service users to enjoy an excellent quality of life, providing respectful personal care, and facilitating their participation in various activities.

The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues, families, and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service. You will also develop warm and trusting relationships with our service users and work flexibly in shifts over weekends and bank holidays.

We offer full training, the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care, and benefits such as a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
