About the Role

As an Inbound Call Handler, you will interact with customers via multiple channels, ensuring accurate and efficient communication. Your primary focus will be on meeting agreed service levels, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining spreadsheets for tracking purposes.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong customer service experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Holding an NVQ level 2 or 3 in Business Admin is highly valued but not essential.

Salary Details

The estimated salary range for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
