We are looking for an Aviation Operations Coordinator to support our financial services client in Stoneleigh. This role involves working closely with an insurance broker, ensuring the smooth administration of daily operations. Key responsibilities include assisting with client onboarding, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with clients and providers. As an integral member of the team, you will work in a structured, client-focused environment, using your strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the insurance broker with adding clients to the system.
  • Completing trust forms and health questionnaires with clients.
  • Following up with providers and clients for underwriting and form completion.
  • Maintaining and updating figures and spreadsheets.
  • Drafting wills after advice has been provided.
  • Sending all relevant documents to clients.
