Community Care Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Care Worker to join our team at Mirus Wales. This is a full and part-time role that requires the ability to support individuals with autism in becoming integrated members of their local community.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role involves developing and implementing individualized support plans, promoting physical and social participation among our clients.
- Support workers will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- They will assist with household and domestic tasks, as well as shopping, diet/food preparation, and personal care.
- We offer comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure our support workers have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- You will be eligible for paid work-related travel at 45p per mile.
- Paid premium payments are available for sleep-in and wake-in shifts.
- Our benefits package includes 24 days' Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays, and a Pension Scheme.
- Additionally, you will have access to the Cycle to Work Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, and a Wellbeing Hub.
- A free DBS check is also included, courtesy of Mirus.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000, based on national averages and local market rates.
