We're on the hunt for genuinely caring and hands-on Community Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.
Job Overview:
This is an amazing role for someone who wants to really make a difference to someone's life and help them grow in confidence and independence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Helping individuals gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team.
- Teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging individuals to access their local communities, socializing, and doing lots of activities.
- One day could be out with the people we support playing football or going on a horse riding trip and swimming, the next unwinding with them on a bike ride in the community.
About You:
You don't need to have experience to be a fantastic Support Worker, what you need is a passion for enhancing the quality of life for the people we support, a desire to learn, and a genuine caring attitude.
