About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Care Support Specialist, you will provide support to individuals in their own homes and out in the community, helping them to maintain their physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with occupational tasks in the workplace
  • Assist with childcare and maintaining relationships with friends and family
  • Provide companionship and facilitate socialisation
  • Aid access to the community and local attractions
  • Support clients to maintain their hobbies and interests
  • Provide personal care, including support with dressing, washing, and bathing
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping
  • Accompany clients to appointments and carry out day-to-day errands or tasks
