We are committed to providing high-quality care for individuals in their own homes throughout Newport and South Monmouthshire.

This role involves delivering personal care, administering medication, and promoting customer health and wellbeing.

As a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care, you will be responsible for providing companionship and help with activities and appointments, as well as planning and preparing meals and undertaking domestic tasks.

No previous experience as a carer is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing coaching and mentoring.

To succeed in this role, you will need a valid UK driving licence, access to a car, and the right to work in the UK.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 for weekdays and weekends, with £18.00 for bank holidays, as well as paid travel time and mileage allowance.

Our benefits package also includes 28 days paid holiday, full induction training, and ongoing support.
