Client Success Strategist

We are seeking a Client Success Strategist to join our team at JobLookup. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans that meet client needs and drive sales growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and developments in the life sciences sector to effectively communicate value propositions.

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of relevant client-facing experience selling services directly to the pharmaceutical and biotech sector.
  • RWD/RWE and outcomes research knowledge and sales experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of strengths and limitations of different real-world data sources and ability to apply this in solution recommendations that effectively address customer challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
