Sales Growth Strategist

Augment Consulting is looking for a skilled Sales Growth Strategist to drive revenue growth and business development in the pre-cast concrete market and adjacent civil engineering related products. This individual will have a deep understanding of commercial processes in the construction industry and be able to identify and pursue high-value, sophisticated projects.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, and providing regular feedback and insights to support business growth and development.
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
