About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Community Integrated Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of three individuals with support needs, aged 44-51, who require assistance with daily activities due to a learning disability.

Our ideal candidate will be active, enjoy participating in various activities, and be able to provide personal care support. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the individuals we support live their best lives possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily activities, such as cooking, baking, and participating in hobbies
  • Support individuals to engage in outdoor activities, such as walks and days out
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure the individuals we support live their best lives possible
