Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Care Support Specialist to join our team in Liverpool. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities, and/or sensory impairments in their daily lives.
About the RoleOur Mill Street service is a purpose-built supported living facility that provides a permanent home for 13 individuals. You will work closely with our Registered Service Manager Nicola and Team Leaders to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting independence, community integration, and supporting with daily tasks such as personal care, medication management, health appointments, meal preparation, and cooking. You will also participate in various activities and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support. If you have a genuine passion for helping others and enjoy working as part of a team, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Support residents with daily tasks, including personal care and medication management
- Promote independence and community integration through participation in activities and social events
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional care and support services
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
