Programme Facilitator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Programme Facilitator to join our team. As a Programme Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging programmes and events across our network of schools, colleges, businesses, and community organisations. You will work closely with key stakeholders to promote our work and provide regular updates to management on current progress and achievements.

Requirements
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade A*-C (or equivalent)
  • A-Levels at grade A*-C (or equivalent)
  • Previous work with young people and experience of youth engagement and empowerment
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
