Job Title – Young Person's Support Worker
We are seeking an experienced Youth Support Worker to join our team at Supply Staff Limited. This role involves working with vulnerable young people, providing emotional support and guidance to help them overcome challenging situations.
To be successful in this position, you will require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient and empathetic approach to understanding young people's needs
- Basic IT skills, including writing reports and maintaining computer records
- Reliability and resilience to cope with challenging situations
Requirements and Qualifications
To apply for this role, you must have:
- At least 1 year's experience working with Looked After Children in the UK
- An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- The right to work in the UK and a DBS check on the update service
- Able to provide professional references covering at least 3 years
Salary and Benefits
