About the Role:

  • Work with our Instructor Teams to deliver an engaging and interactive curriculum that promotes knowledge, self-awareness, independence, and emotional regulation.
  • Support students with diverse needs, including behavioural, emotional, and social issues, in outdoor activities such as mountain biking, climbing, and kayaking.
  • Develop positive relationships with students, their families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with our Centre Lead to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a strong passion for outdoor learning and education.
  • Have experience working with children and young people with special needs.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be willing to undergo relevant outdoor qualifications and training.
