Programme Facilitator Lead

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Facilitator Lead to join our team at Unloc. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering entrepreneurship, careers, and employability programmes for young people.

We believe every young person can be a changemaker. By developing young people's skills and confidence, we empower them to shape their lives and the world around them.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term position with a view to extending the contract. You will work as part of a dynamic team, delivering innovative and exciting programmes with young people across our network of schools, colleges, businesses, and community organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise, plan, and facilitate enterprise days and events for schools, colleges, and businesses.
  • Deliver weekly enterprise courses and bootcamp sessions for young people.
  • Facilitate inspiring speakers sessions and events for schools and colleges.
  • Work with key partners, including businesses, Local Authorities, schools, colleges, and community interest groups.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade A*-C / 9-4 (or equivalent).
  • Two A-Levels at grade A*-C (or equivalent).
  • Previous work with young people and experience in the business world or self-employment.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum. We also offer a generous pension scheme, comprehensive mental health support, and access to PerkBox employee benefits.

Location

This role is based in the Solent region, with frequent travel required. We welcome applicants who are willing to travel and work flexibly.
