Job Overview

About the Role

This fixed-term position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 39 days holiday, a generous pension scheme, and access to PerkBox. As a Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for organising, planning, and facilitating programmes and events, working in partnership with key stakeholders, and providing regular updates to management.

Key Responsibilities

* Organise, plan, and facilitate programmes and events across Unloc's network of schools, colleges, businesses, and community organisations.
* Liaise with key stakeholders to work in partnership with and promote Unloc's work.
* Provide regular (written or verbal) updates to management on current progress and achievements of individual projects.
* Provide support and additional opportunities for young people where possible.

Person Specification

* Essential qualifications: GCSE Maths and English at grade A*-C, A-Levels at grade A*-C, and previous work experience with young people.
* Desirable qualifications: Level 3 ICT qualification and Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject.
* Essential skills: high-level writing skills, ability to prioritise and manage own workload, ability to manage a budget, and ability to work as part of a team.
