**About the role**:
The Campus HR Coordinator will support the Campus HR Manager in ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the HR department. This role involves handling various administrative tasks related to recruitment, employee records, and HR compliance, and providing first-line HR support to staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting job ads, scheduling interviews and supporting HR to onboard
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
- Support the onboarding process for new employees
- Assist in the coordination of training and development programmes
- Provide general HR support to staff and address basic HR queries
- Help organise staff welfare activities and initiatives

**To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you**:

- CIPD Level 3 or willing to work towards
- Evidence of commitment to professional development
- A good standard of Maths and English
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Background in HR
