About the Role

Brook Street is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide HR support to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various HR tasks, including recruitment, employee data management, and database updates.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and maintaining records.
  2. Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, adhering to employment laws and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with payroll to exchange data efficiently, including absences, bonuses, and leave.
  4. Prepare necessary HR documentation for employees, such as contracts and policies.
  5. Contribute to performance management initiatives, like goal setting and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in HR administration or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and HR software applications.
  • Strong grasp of employment laws and regulations.
  • Superior organisational and communication skills.
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications; an HR degree is highly valued.
Compensation:

This position offers a competitive salary of №28,000 - №38,000 per annum, based on experience.
