We are seeking a Leadership Programme Facilitator to join our team and help deliver innovative youth voice and leadership programmes across our network of schools, colleges, businesses, and community organisations.

The ideal candidate will have previous work experience with young people, a passion for youth engagement and empowerment, and excellent writing and communication skills. About the Role

This fixed-term position offers a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 39 days holiday, a generous pension scheme, and access to PerkBox. As a Leadership Programme Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading programme delivery, working in partnership with key stakeholders, and providing regular updates to management.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead programme delivery across Unloc's network of schools, colleges, businesses, and community organisations.
* Work in partnership with key stakeholders to deliver youth voice and leadership programmes.
* Provide regular (written or verbal) updates to management on current progress and achievements of individual projects.

Person Specification

* Essential qualifications: GCSE Maths and English at grade A*-C, A-Levels at grade A*-C, and previous work experience with young people.
* Desirable qualifications: Level 3 ICT qualification and Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject.
* Essential skills: high-level writing and communication skills, ability to prioritise and manage own workload, and ability to work as part of a team.
